Supported Education
Involving the coordination of supports and services for college students in recovery, Supported Education is designed to help peers reach their own educational goals.
By increasing awareness of the accommodations which are already in place for peers with psychiatric disabilities, and advocating for those further ones which may be needed, the program can help guide the way through the higher educational system.
With proper supports, most students can reach out to achieve their goals and continue on in their recovery journey with a sense of pride through educational achievement.
